The Children Safe Network involves key members of society in actively protecting children and youth from all forms of abuse, by training them to recognize and respond to dangerous situations. Garuka implements the Children Safe Network in Kigarama sector and trains strategic community people such as taxi drivers, moto-taxis, internet cafés, hotels and guest houses as well as family members, chiefs of villages, police, etc.

- 2. To give school children more power to face challenges
- 3. To improve the education level in primary and hight school
- 4. To see less number of children on the streets
In addition, the organization supports cooperative that encourages businesses, communities and travelers to look at how their behavior can impact children and to help to create supportive environments where children are protected. People and organizations currently involved in the Children Safe Network include Airports, Banks, Tour guides, Travel agencies,police, local governement and Neighborhood families.
